Your Spanish listings,
in front of 93,000 Miami agents.
Spanish prime is overwhelmingly an international buyer market — Americans are its fastest-growing, highest-spending cohort and Latin American capital leads in Madrid. Miami Global Listing Desk helps selected inventory become easier for South Florida buyer agents to understand, share, and evaluate through a professional brokerage framework.

The Two-Sided Case
Sell more. Win more mandates.
Sell more — through agents, not portals
Your inventory is prepared for the buyer's own Realtor®: clear facts, bilingual materials, and buyer-agent cooperation pathways through United Realty Group where appropriate. A professional activation channel — not another listing site.
Win more mandates — in your own listing presentations
"Your property can be prepared for South Florida buyer-agent activation through Miami Global Listing Desk" is a concrete distribution argument. Use it to explain a professional cooperation path before you ever need to find the buyer.

Professional presentation, buyer-agent activation, and cooperation pathways through United Realty Group, subject to applicable requirements.
03

Who This Is For
Built for professional inventory.
Luxury Agencies
Prime residential portfolios seeking U.S. and LATAM buyer exposure.
Developers
New-construction inventory positioned for international distribution.
Family Offices & Private Owners
Significant assets handled confidentially, broker-to-broker.
Commercial Structure
Structured per agreement. Documented in writing.
Portfolio programs are typically structured as a listing program for the agency's selected inventory, with referral cooperation through United Realty Group. Terms are discussed broker-to-broker and documented in writing before any activation.
Common Questions
What agency principals ask first.
Is this a formal MLS listing or just a referral?
It is a professional activation review, not a guaranteed placement. Eligible Spanish properties may be prepared for buyer-agent discovery and platform activity through United Realty Group, subject to MLS, platform, brokerage, legal, and compliance requirements.
Do we lose the client relationship?
No. The written cooperation agreement keeps your agency as the agent of record in Spain. All client-facing work in Spain remains yours; the U.S.-side activation and agent distribution is what we add.
How is buyer-agent compensation handled?
Referral cooperation is offered to buyer agents through United Realty Group per written broker-to-broker agreement. No terms are published publicly; everything is documented before activation.
What inventory qualifies?
Prime and luxury residential and investment-grade property. Eligibility is subject to Miami MLS rules for international listings, reviewed property by property before activation.
Who is legally responsible for the U.S.-side listing?
Carlos Uzcategui, Florida licensed REALTOR® SL705771, through United Realty Group, the licensed Florida broker. Your agency remains the licensed party in Spain — that division is the point of the structure.
